Praise Management consultant Kunio Hara is the president of Spiral Up and Spiral Up International. Born in 1973 in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, Hara worked as a consultant at Funai Consulting after graduating from the Osaka Institute of Technology. Wanting to gain a first-hand understanding of what it was like to work at the businesses that were his clients, Hara left his consulting job to work at a ramen shop, starting at dishwasher and moving up the ranks to store manager in just a year and a half. He returned to the consulting world in 2007, working for a company that offered “praise tests.” In 2011, he established the only consultancy in Japan specializing in praise-based human resource development. He currently provides consulting services to more than 40 companies in Japan and worldwide.

Japanese edition is the best seller already in Japan.
Not only for shop owners and stuff, giving the profitable guidelines,
but also for families and friends, this book might be the light to the path、
looking for the better communications.
This book is truly worth reading!!

A real eye opener

I read this book and changed a way of the instruction to a subordinate and the staff. The atmosphere in the company is replaced by doing it, and I think that productivity went up it than before. It is recommended one book for a person having a problem for the management in the company.
