Very confusing

Format of the way this book is written is strange. It explains, coronal, sagital, lateral, transecion but then during the studies uses AXIAl which was not even discussed and to make maters worse doesnt show any miniature transducer to know where for this specific picture, transducer was placed? Pictures are explained well but no measurement nor explanation of correct placement and using terms that was not explained makes a well worth book, worse less.
